How to enable Text Alerts for Streams

Please be aware that only a client can enable text alerts for their streams themselves.  It is not possible for an agent to opt a client into text alerts from the Agent Dashboard.


1. Once you’re logged in, click on your initials icon in the top right-hand corner, and choose Account Settings.


2. Make sure that your cellphone number is entered under the Mobile Phone section, then click Verify.




3. When you receive the verification code, enter it into the box and click Verify Code.



4. After your mobile number is verified, click Streams at the top of the page.



5. Choose the stream that you want to set up text alerts for.


6. When the stream pops up, click on Alerts.



7. Set the option for Instant SMS.



SMS updates will now be enabled for updates to your stream going forward.
