Please be aware that only a client can enable text alerts for their streams themselves. It is not possible for an agent to opt a client into text alerts from the Agent Dashboard.
1. Once you’re logged in, Click on the Alerts button.
2. Click on the Verify your Phone Number button.
3. When the window pops up, please be sure to enter your Cell Phone Number and click Send Verification Code.
4. Once you receive your Verification Code, enter it in the box and click Verify.
5. Once verified, select New Only to enable text alerts.
