Login Error when Email and Password are Correct

If you are receiving a login error stating Invalid Email or Password and you know both the email and password are correct, please check to see if the email is capitalized. 

 

Step 1: Recognize Error, check for capitalization within email.

 

 

 

Step 2: Remove capitalization and add password, then select Sign In.

 

 


 

You should then be able to sign in without error.
