How do I check the status of client's stream invitation?

1. Log in to Cloud Streams. 

 


 

2. Click on Invitations.




 

3. Each pending invitation will show:

    - (A) Name of the invitee 

    - (B) The name of the Stream

    - (C) When the stream was sent 

    - (D) The current status of the stream.


 


 

For section D (above), there will be different statuses, which are explained below:

 

Sending - This means the invitation is currently being sent out

 

Delivered - This invitation was successfully delivered to the recipient’s inbox.

 

Opened - The recipient opened the email invitation sent.

 

Clicked Through - The recipient opened the email invitation and clicked the link but has yet to sign up.

 

As the Agent, you can also can Resend and Delete invites from this section.

 

 

4. Once a stream has been accepted and the client has set up their login info, the Stream will be moved into the CLIENTS section.
