How do I edit a listing stream to be sent by text message / SMS?

How to opt into text alerts for an existing Client’s Stream - 

A client can only enable SMS notification for a listing stream. Any time a new listing meets your clients search criteria they will receive a text alert with a link to detail property page on Cloud Streams. Text alerts will only be sent on new listings, not any other changes. Listing updates or photo updates will not be sent out by SMS. Listing updates and photo changes will be sent out by email.

(Please keep in mind, only the invitee can add their contact number and opt into receiving text alerts. Your client's will need to follow these steps to add their contact number to their existing stream.)


1.Have the client log into their stream that was set up for them.




2. Click on the "Alerts" icon near the top right hand side of the page.




3. Update frequency and type of alerts needed. 




4. Click on Settings and locate Phone number field and select the update button. 




5.  Enter in your mobile number and click on "Send Verification Code"




6. The client will receive a text message with a verification code that is needed to complete the set up. Please have the client enter in the verification code that was sent via text message and click on Verify.


After the client enters in the verification code a message will appear confirming the changes.
 (Please keep in mind, only the invitee can add their contact number for Text alerts.)
